Ordering and delivery FAQ

At least 48 hours. Your flowers are sourced and cut to order, so we need that window to get them from the farm to your door. If you order today, the earliest delivery date is two days from now.

We don't keep flowers sitting in a cooler. After you order, we collect your flowers from our Maryland farm partners and design your arrangement fresh. That's why it arrives looking like it was just picked.

Not through the website, since the 48-hour window applies to every order. If you have an urgent need, email info@flowrfwd.com and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

At checkout, type your requested date into the Requested delivery date field. Not sure which day is best? Tell us the occasion and we'll choose the best day for you.

Yes. You can request a date days or weeks out, as long as it is at least 48 hours from the day you order.

We deliver in Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. If you're not sure we reach your address, email us before you order.

100% local Maryland farms. We source directly from our farm partners, and every order is based on what is available that week.

It will match the style, size and feel, but not necessarily the exact flowers. We fill every arrangement with what's growing that week, so photos show what's possible and not a guarantee. No two arrangements are exactly alike, and that's by design.

Add your color preferences in the delivery notes at checkout and we'll do our best to match them. We can't guarantee specific flowers, because availability depends on the week and the season.

The stem count is fixed for each size. What's in those stems changes with the season.

Glass vases are sold separately for $20.00 each. Add one to your cart alongside your arrangement.

You'll get a receipt by email right away. We then source and design your flowers for your delivery date. When they've been delivered, we mark your order complete and send you a delivery confirmation email.

You'll receive an email from us once your order is marked delivered.

Trim the stems and put them in fresh water as soon as they arrive. Refresh the water every day or two, and keep them away from direct sun and fruit bowls. Because they're cut to order, they're fresher than most flowers and last longer.

Yes. We offer subscriptions for each of our four arrangement options, so you can have the one you love delivered on a recurring schedule.
